2. To be eligible to participate in this tournament, a player must be a resident of the participating barangay for no less than (6) six months prior to the opening or spouse of eligible resident and duly certified by the officer incharge in each barangay.
3. He must not be a present member of any professional league.
4. All players are require to submit eligibility form with 2x2 picture .
a. Xerox copy of birth certificate.
b. Marriage contract if married to a resident of the participating barangay.
c. Barangay clearance.
5. Participating teams may have maximum of (15) fifteen players and all fifteen players will be allowed to play in any game.
6. Uniforms
a. No team shall be allowed to play without wearing proper uniform. (identical)
b. The official number of the players begins from 1 following by 2, 3, 4, up to the last number of players.
7. Joining fee of 5000 pesos per team to be paid on or before December 04 2010
8. Bond of 1000 pesos redeemable at the end and compeltion of the tournament.
9. The 2010 FIBA rules and regulations shall govern this tournament.
